Processing and files

This public tool works in your browser without uploading the document. Optional drafts saved on this device can be removed when browser data is cleared.

One PDF up to 30 MB and 500 pages. Tools can refuse encrypted, signed or unsupported interactive documents.

Before you start

PDF up to 30 MB / 500 pages; each key/certificate file up to 1 MB. RSA or P-256/P-384/P-521, one key. Creates an invisible cryptographic signature and preserves original revisions. PFX integrity is checked. Private key/password are not uploaded; the isolated worker blocks network access and expires after two review minutes. Certificate trust, revocation, qualification and earlier signatures are not validated. This does not establish QES or a trusted signing time. Encrypted/XFA/certification-locked PDFs, some cross-reference formats, legacy 3DES/JKS and multiple keys are not supported yet.

Prices in EUR, excluding VAT where applicable. Monthly billing, no annual commitment. These are proposed allowances, not current account entitlements. One send means one document workflow sent to one recipient or recipient group; a bulk delivery to 100 independent recipients uses 100 sends. Test failures do not consume sends. No automatic overage charges: a paid top-up would require confirmation. Proposed top-up: €5 / 100 sends. Paid identity verification, SMS, qualified electronic signatures and trusted timestamps are not included.
