One PDF up to 30 MB and 500 pages. Tools can refuse encrypted, signed or unsupported interactive documents.
Before you start
A visible mark is not a cryptographic or qualified electronic signature and does not verify identity. It does not remove content beneath it. Interactive fields must be flattened separately first; signed, encrypted and XFA PDFs are refused. One PDF up to 30 MB / 500 pages, up to 20 marks / 20 MB images / 32 million image pixels, 40 MB output and a 90-second preparation deadline. Draw up to 100 strokes / 12,000 points or type up to 100 characters. Marks stay in this tab and are cleared when the tool closes.

One send means one document workflow sent to one recipient or recipient group; a bulk delivery to 100 independent recipients uses 100 sends. Test failures do not consume sends. No automatic overage charges: a paid top-up would require confirmation. Proposed top-up: €5 / 100 sends. Paid identity verification, SMS, qualified electronic signatures and trusted timestamps are not included.
